How Can I Return the Product I Ordered?

You can return or exchange a product that you purchased from Solilde.com, that does not fit and/or that you have not used, is undamaged, and has its original box and labels, for a different size within 14 days.

For return, you can send your products within 14 days via Yurtiçi Kargo with the shipping code 1063487896 .

Returns and Processing Time

In case of return, the refund will be made according to your payment method. After checking the compliance of the product with the return conditions, the refund will be made to your credit card by Solilde.com within 10-14 business days.

Refunds for payments made in installments are refunded by the bank in the same number of installments.

For money transfer payments, you must provide us with your bank account information; the money transfer amount will only be refunded to an account number belonging to the person who placed the order.

The products to be returned must be in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and packaging materials, undamaged in physical terms, unused, in resalable condition, and the original invoice of the product must be sent by filling out the form on the back of the invoice. Returns without an invoice are not accepted.

For returns, you can send your products back within 30 days, free of charge, via the courier company from which you received your package.

Is it possible to change the product I bought from Solilde.com or the gift sent to me from Solilde.com?

You have the opportunity to exchange any product purchased from Solilde.com within 30 days from the date of your invoice or the date of your gift exchange card by presenting the product and the invoice or gift exchange card from Solilde.com.
